Last Rucker Standing

The Ultimate Test of Grit
2.5 Miles Every Round
Every Hour On the Hour
25 lb Minimum Starting Weight

This is not a race. There is no finish line.
There is only one rule that matters: show up every hour or go home.

Maximum Hours
2.5

1
Winner

Most people can do 2.5 miles. Very few can do it 20+ times in a row on no sleep, deteriorating legs, and a body that is begging to stop. That is where Buffalo Mentality is built.

How it works
Simple. Brutal. Fair.
01

Show up to the start line

Every hour, on the hour. Miss the start and you are out. No exceptions. No grace period.

02

Ruck 2.5 miles

Complete the loop with a minimum of 25 lbs. Return to base camp before time is called. The course does not get shorter. The clock does not care how you feel.

03

Use your time to recover

Whatever time you have left between rounds is yours. Sleep if you can. Eat. Treat your feet. It goes faster than you think.

04

When you are done, stay in it

Ring the bell. Turn in your bib. Then get back out there and cheer on the ones still moving. The community does not stop when you do.

The Rules
The Rules Are Simple

Be at the line

You must be at the start when the horn sounds. Late means out. There is no review process.

Complete the course

Every loop must be completed in full. Shortcuts are elimination. No exceptions.

Carry the load

25 lb minimum must be carried for every round of the event.

No outside assistance

No outside transportation between course sections. You move under your own power.

Rest between rounds

Use whatever time you have between rounds however you need. Just be back on time.

Ring the bell

When you are done, ring the bell and turn in your bib. Then stay and support the ones still out there.
